Position: Laborer

Location: Bristol, TN

Job Description: As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects. You will work under the supervision of skilled tradespeople and assist in a wide range of tasks, contributing to the overall progress and safety of the job site. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload construction materials and tools.
• Operate various hand and power tools, such as drills, saws, and hammers.
• Dig trenches, ditches, and other excavations as required.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on construction equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
